"Over the past 35 years I have found that I excel at providing unbiased perspective, thinking up with ideas for useful improvements and never losing an optimistic outlook on a global level.
I never had goals to grow up and be a thorough software tester or UX designer, but found that these are qualities that I was born with and can not and do not want turn them off.
Having always considered myself an idea man, I have constantly tried to find a job where I can put my creative mind and ideas to good use. I constantly ask questions about anything I do not fully understand. I believe that the world could benefit from more thought when designing products for consumers, though constantly find that the market is constantly flooded with products that were created from a functional point of view. Does it work, great. Ship it. Sell it.
So what if it takes a user/consumer 3 clicks or taps where it should take 1 or 2. Who cares if the info that the customer needs is spread out to the corners of the world. These thought processes plague me on a daily basis and I am constantly asking myself, why didn’t the developer or manufacturer, do this here to save the customer a step or why include this extra redundancy?
With so many similar products on the market today, consumers have the ability to choose what they want to use. Just because a product does what it was designed to do, but looks poor and creates frustration, doesn’t mean that it will get used. I strive to work on teams that create products that not only create a beautiful user experience, but inspire others to do the same"
